Restaurant IQ is an internal operations dashboard, developed and operated by Chattabot Inc. (chattabot.ai), built for, and used exclusively by, the management team of a single restaurant business. It is not offered as a product to the public or to other businesses.
Access
Access is limited to authorized team members of the restaurant, using a shared passcode issued by the restaurant's management. Accounts and access may be revoked at any time.
Acceptable use
The dashboard may be used only for the restaurant's own internal operations, reporting, and analysis. Data and outputs from the dashboard (including the AI-generated daily briefs and chat responses) should be treated as operational aids, not as a substitute for professional financial, legal, or accounting advice, and should be verified against source systems (Toast, QuickBooks) before being relied on for decisions.
Third-party integrations
The dashboard connects to Toast and QuickBooks Online on the restaurant's behalf, using credentials the restaurant has authorized. Use of those services remains subject to Toast's and Intuit's own terms.
SMS messaging terms
An employee's phone number can only receive messages after two steps: providing it to their manager in person as part of onboarding, and the manager entering it into this internal, password-protected platform. No message is sent automatically upon entry — every login code is sent only when that employee themselves visits a private sign-in link and requests it, and every status update is sent only in response to a request that employee themselves submitted in the system.
Message frequency varies depending on login and schedule-request activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a message at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No warranty
The dashboard is provided as an internal tool on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind. The restaurant is responsible for verifying the accuracy of any figures before acting on them.
